Data protection
In effect from 26 August 2026
1. Who is the controller
Frumo s.r.o., Company Reg. No. 08230731, registered at Stará 101/21, Zábrdovice, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno. Contact: info@frumos.cz.
2. What we collect
On obedy.frumos.cz we only handle what you send us through the
enquiry form:
- your full name,
- your company name,
- your email address,
- your phone number (optional),
- your message - typically the number of people and when you would like to start (optional).
When the form is submitted, we also record the IP address it came from. It protects the form against abuse and is included in the email carrying your enquiry (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not record your browser identifier (User-Agent).
The site uses no analytics, no marketing trackers and no social media pixels, and loads nothing from third-party servers - the typeface, images and scripts all sit on our own server. Nothing about your visit leaves this site until you send us the form yourself.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- Handling your enquiry - legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Sending you a quote and following up - legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Protecting the form against abuse - legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that turn into an order - for as long as we work together, then 3 years from our last contact.
- Enquiries that do not - 12 months from our last contact at the most, then we delete them.
- The form's operational record (see section 8) - 90 days. Older lines are removed automatically.
- Accounting documents - for the period required by law, that is 10 years.
5. Who else sees it
We pass your data on only where running the service requires it:
- WebSupport s.r.o. - hosting for the website and the email mailbox, a processor based in the EU.
- Our accountants and tax advisers - to the extent the law requires for invoicing and tax records.
We transfer no data outside the European Union.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased (the right to be forgotten),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz/en).
An email to info@frumos.cz is enough. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies at all - neither its own nor anyone else's. That is why you will not find a consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.
The one exception is the ordering app demo, which remembers
which day you opened in your browser's own memory
(sessionStorage). It disappears when you close the tab, never
leaves your browser and is not sent anywhere.
8. Security
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and sends security headers against framing and content-type sniffing. The enquiry form:
- is protected against bots by a hidden field and a timing check,
- caps how many submissions one IP address can make per hour,
- stores no enquiries in any database - your message goes straight to our working mailbox by email,
- writes a short operational record (time, company name, email address, delivery outcome; the IP address for rejected attempts) to a file on the server that cannot be reached from the web. It serves diagnostics and abuse protection, and is deleted after 90 days.
To count submissions from one address we briefly store (an hour at most) an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address rather than the address itself - the address cannot be recovered from it.
9. Changes to this page
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one on this page, dated below the heading.
